If we do not receive notice of cancellation prior to the start of the booking, the full booking fee will be charged.

 

If notice is given, our policy (applicable to all meeting room bookings) is as follows:

 

More than 1 week’s notice: No cancellation fee

Less than 1 weeks or no notice given: Full booking fee payable
