Carlton Business Centre are delighted to welcome Cera Care Wiltshire to our organisation.
Cera Care Wiltshire is run by Gemma Izod who is the Registered Manager. Gemma started 10 years ago with Leonard Cheshire, which was bought by Mears Care which in turn was purchased by Cera Care in February 2020.
Cera Care was co-founded by Dr. Ben Maruthappu in 2016 and is one of the fastest growing companies in Europe.
Dr. Maruthappu was born in London in 1988 and was educated at Cambridge, Oxford and Harvard before being awarded an MBE in the 2020 New Years Honours for services to Health and Social Care technology.
Cera Care’s ethos is ‘Revolutionise Healthcare through Technology’ and have earned Unicorn status as a fast-growth fintech.

Cera Care now employs 10,000 professionals in the UK. They employ 180 professionals in Wiltshire looking after 300 clients, on a mixture of private and council contracts. Wiltshire Council have 43 care providers of which Cera is the largest.
Cera Care Wiltshire have vacated larger premises in Devizes as more of their staff are now working from home. They are planning to be with Carlton Business Centre for 2 months, taking advantage of our flexible workspace, whilst their new smaller premises in Devizes are being renovated.
