Costs and Commitment
With prices starting at £238 pcm, our serviced offices are offered on an 'easy in, easy out' principle meaning that under most circumstances you should be able to get an office within 2 days, subject to availability, and should you wish to leave you will normally only need to give 2 months notice.
Offices are charged between £20.18 per m2 pcm (£2.18 per ft2 pcm) and £25.79 per m2 pcm (£2.78 per ft2 pcm) which includes all of the services mentioned on the office features page. The offices range from just over 10m2 to around 40m2 (see floorplans). This means that the smallest offices are suitable for 2 people; ideal for those starting out, and that the largest offices can accommodate up to 6 people giving ample space for larger companies.
The meeting room is charged at £10.00 per hour; £30:00 per half day and £60.00 per full day.
Hotdesking, including high quality broadband connection, charged at only £5.00 per hour. Advanced notice required.
Please note that we do not charge VAT on any of our services, clearly a big help to start-up businesses and financial services organisations.
