About Carlton Business Centre
The Carlton Business Centre is located on the Porte Marsh industrial estate in Calne, a market town with good transport links to the major parts of the country. Carlton Business Centre was extended in 2007 meaning that much of the office space is new and ideal for businesses to move into whatever their size.
Within the local area several other towns have large industrial estates housing a wide range of companies and clients, although there is a bias to engineering and IT many other companies are based nearby providing suppliers and clients within convenient travelling distance.
Carlton Business Centre is based on the 'easy in, easy out' principle, around a fully inclusive monthly licence fee. Just one monthly bill takes care of the normal costs of running premises (see the office features page). With the aim of removing the complexities of setting up a traditional office you can avoid the financial outlay and the lengthy commitment of lease arrangements.
