Meeting Room Cancellation Policy

If we do not receive notice of cancellation prior to the start of the booking the full booking fee will be charged.

If notice is given, our policy is as follows:

 

Meetings between 1 and 5 hours:

More than 24 hours notice for cancellations or amendments : No cancellation fee.

Less than 24 hours notice for cancellations or amendments: Full booking fee.

 

Meetings for 5 hours or more:

More than 1 week’s notice: No cancellation fee

Over 48 hours but less than 1 week’s notice: 50% of the booking fee

Less than 48 hours or no notice : Full booking fee
